Exchange Policy

Please note, Micha Design pieces are all handmade, one-of-a-kind, and typically made with vintage materials, therefore color variations and/or slight to moderate deficiencies are due to the handmade nature of the designs. You may apply the credit of your Micha Design purchase to another purchase within 5 days from the delivery date.

In order to exchange your Micha Design purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Make a copy of the original invoice and be sure to indicate (on the invoice) what merchandise you would like to exchange it for, as well as the reason for the exchange.

2. Pack and seal your return securely, with the invoice included. Packages must also be returned pre-paid. COD deliveries will not be accepted.

Shipping

There is a fixed shipping rate of $8.00 per order to anywhere in the United States. Estimated shipping time is 7 - 10 business days. For orders outside of the U.S., please contact sales@michadesign.com .
